We are happy to announce that our partner winery from the Ribera del Duero: Rudeles wan a silver medal in the Bacchus International competition, which took place in Madrid in March 2012.
The highlighted wine is RUDELES FINCA LA NACIÓN 2008, a new brand released this year, offering a firm and rich palate, good balance and a nicely integrated oak.
Rudeles is a family owned winery situated in Soria and working towards premium quality wines. In this area, this is higher, slightly irregular terrain: a small valley, a hill which separates from the main area of the Ribera, and on its sides an array of 40 tiny plots of vineyard, some with as few as 50 vines. Many of them are over one hundred years old, some even planted before the arrival of Phylloxera.
