Vinification
The grapes are handpicked and vinified with the system of carbonic maceration in stainless steel tanks with control of the temperatures.
Ageing
Carbonic maceration wine.
Tasting notes
Visual: Cherry and garnet tinges.
Nose: clear and perfumed, red fruits flavours (blackberry and plum) as well as violet.
Palate: Tasty, fresh, and with a good intensity and fruit expression. Presence of violet flavours and noble tannins with primary flavours finished and also characteristics flavours of the grape.
Pairing
Pour between 12 and 14°, with aperitifs, meat platters and light pasta
