Vinification

Manual harvest in small 10 kg cases and grapes coming exclusively from the property. Grapes come from the area of la Capçalera de la Serralada which are situated around 1000m high. 100% of the wine had the malolactic fermentation in barrels.

Tasting notes

Visual: Red pomegranate fruit

Nose: Floral notes (vines flowers, jasmine…) as well as red fruits like strawberry and raspberry.

Palate: Seductive entry with good acidity and long final.

The wine hasn´t been filtered or stabilized so precipitations can be found in it.
