Tasting notes
Visual: Light green olive
Nose: Mineral notes, fresh chamomile, vanilla and some undergrowth.
Palate: Spice with a well integrated acidity. Long aftertaste, with a variety of fruit notes.
This wine will develop its complexity in bottle. Thanks to the acidity, it will be an important ageing if it is conserved in good conditions.
