Grapes come from plots situated in the towns of Manzaneda and Quiroga.
Altitude: 400m to 480 m in Manzaneda, 430m to 480m in Quiroga.

Vinification
Manual harvest in 18 kg cases on the 19 and 20th of September.
Grapes are destemmed and treaded. Fermentation takes place at 24-29º during 10 days with soft pumping-over, followed by 10 days of maceration. Pressed wine is not used. Malolactic fermentation takes place.
Ageing
10 month in 1st and 2nd year barrels (34% 1 year and 17% 2nd year). 49% of the wine undergoes an ageing in stainless steel tanks thermo regulated to maintain the fruit “crispy” from the Mencía and blend to the rest at the end of the ageing process.
Wine was bottled on the 6 of September of 2010. Production was 2540 bottles.
