potential to produce genuine, elegant wines for aficionados looking for new sensations.
We also believe in research and development by investigating our soils and optimize the quality of each of our wines. We believe Galicia its nature looking at minimizing our impact on the natural environment by our activity.
Origin
The Merenzao grape comes from the plot of Costa de Alais, the Souson and Brancellao from the Porto de Lobos, which are proper vineyards.

Vinification
The grapes are stripped and crushed, with fermentation at 24-29° for 10 days with gentle pumping, followed by maceration for 8 to 10 days. The press wine is put out. Then comes the
Ageing
Malolactic fermentation and an ageing in second hand oak 19% 1 year, 62% 2 years 19% 3 years during 10 months.
