Vinification

The Tempranillo grape was handpicked in case of 12kg from 15th of October and then the berries were carefully selected at the winery for future vinification. Garnacha that was the last one picked, until 22 of October, because of the slower maturation of this grape.

The grapes are destemed and the berries crushed for the alcoholic fermentation under control temperature (23º) to keep the flavours. Maceration period was 7 days with various remontages depending on the evolution of the fermentation.

Tasting notes

The Cepas jovenes offers an intense red colour, clear and brilliant. This wine develops flavours of dry fruits, refreshing and nice. On the palate the wine is soft with a consistent final. The freshness of the wine is preserved by an early bottling.
