A few weeks ago, our friend Ferran Centelles published“¿Qué vino con este pato?” a must-have book for wine and food lovers, both professionals or amateurs.
Through 304 pages, Ferran writes about pairing, such a complex subject but making us enjoy the reading. He perfectly alternates the technical comments with personal anecdotes with wine and gastronomy icons like François Chartier, Tim Hanni MW, Jeannie Cho Lee MW, Enrico Bernardo, Josep Roca and many more. Not forgetting his colleagues from ElBulli.
